The hotel was in an ideal location, just a 10-minute easy walk to the CBD of Christchurch, making it convenient for exploring the city and its attractions. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and had a nice touch with a spa bath in the bathroom, but the ceiling light covers had hundreds of dead bugs in them. The service was friendly and helpful, offering baggage storage while we traveled. The dining options were good, and the evening delivery was a nice touch after a long flight. However, the hotel struggled with a tired and disinterested attitude due to the constant flow of guests. The location was busy but close to the center of Christchurch, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The executive spa room was equipped with cooking hob facilities and laundry appliances, providing all the essentials for a cozy and pleasant visit. Although the service was courteous, there were some issues outside the owners' control. The location on Bealey Avenue in Christchurch was convenient for exploring the city attractions, despite being near a noisy concrete mixer. The dining experience included a lovely selection of breakfast items delivered to the room, catering well to our jet lag from the UK flight.

The hotel had clean and well-decorated rooms, albeit slightly crowded with furniture. The bathroom with a spa bath was excellent, modern, and offered nice amenities. The small private area was perfect for a quiet wine. Our room was comfortable and had the added bonus of a washer & dryer, along with luggage storage after check-out. The service was really friendly and provided helpful pointers about Christchurch. The location was within a short walking distance to the city center. The dining experience was delivered the previous evening, which was convenient considering our jet lag.
